Wendy Waldman, "Gringo En Mexico"

A giddy, joyous song from a bright singer mostly active in the 70s who sadly never got much love or support from Warner, her label, and never made a chart appearance. It would be nice to see her propped up with some affectionate reissues; her sunny L.A. disposition and full-hearted expressiveness suits the present-day nicely.
